We are passionate about helping to build a great city and region, loving and caring for our neighbors with the love of Christ. We experience and express the power of the gospel not only within the church, but also in our communities.
There are many ways that Willow Creek Church partners with others to promote healing and hope in our community and region. We would love to have you join us in these great works!
NOTE: If you're new to Willow Creek Church and would like to connect and serve with us, please consider contacting our Guest Care Coordinator, Kelly Hinkle, directly. She is here to help you make those connections, and would be delighted to help you do so!
Hightlighted Service Opportunities
Assisted Living Facility Ministry
Willow Creek Church ministers to bring the hope and joy of the gospel to senior residents at Emeritus or Savannah Court assisted living facilities. Would you join us in greeting and “loving on” senior men and women who are in need of a gentle touch and reminder that they are not forgotten and that God does love them? We're also looking for individuals and families who will lead Sunday morning worship or bring a brief message from God’s word (a ten minute devotional). To learn more or to find out how to connect and serve please contact coordinators, Trevor and Betsy Huth, at 407-977-0286, with our thanks!
Community Care Day
By connecting with our neighbors and through our Care Team contacts, we are able to match physical needs with practical deeds. Care Day participants are able to meet the physical needs of our neighbors in distress through participation in yard clean-up, painting, and light home repair. Men, women, and teens are encouraged to join us! Care Day is a quarterly event on Saturdays from 7:30AM-12PM. Watch our church website and bulletin for information about our next Community Care Day!

Summer Feeding and Activites for FIT Students
FIT stands for Families in Transition. FIT students are homeless, living in hotels or vehicles with their families. During the school year these students are on the “free and reduced lunch program” however in the summer they are homeless and hungry. Last summer Willow Creek volunteers provided much needed support and love for these children, assisting with meal service, listening, and playing games in the school cafeteria. As we plan ahead we are in need of a point person who would provide coordination for volunteers. We are also in need of a volunteer team to serve this summer. To learn more please contact Pastor Curt Moore.
