UPDATE (July 8, 2020): Given a recent increase in infection rates throughout Seminole County, we made the difficult decision to again suspend all in-person worship and ministry gatherings until Sunday, July 26. Until then or beyond, please join us for worship on Sunday mornings via Facebook Live (10:00 am), our YouTube channel, this website, and our free ministry app (Google Play or App Store).

We now require masks or other facial coverings while on Willow Creek facilities and grounds.

Children's Ministry Spotlight: Judy Flanagan & Kim Hartley

We have so many outstanding people who volunteer in our children's ministry. We feel it is important to highlight a few of them.

Judy Flanagan and Kim Hartley are an amazing mother/daughter team who faithfully serve the Lord by caring for some of our youngest church members. For 10 of the 14 years that Judy and Kim have attended Willow Creek Church, they have served in a variety of capacities in the children's ministry, namely serving with our 3-5 year olds during the 8:30am service AND at 9:45am. Once a month, these 2 wonderful ladies have faithfully spent 2+ hours playing, teaching, and loving on these sweet children.

Kim has served as a teacher in the education system for many years, and is very familiar with children. Her 2 children, Steven and Rachel, have served as assistants in the ministry, learning at a young age the importance of giving back and modeling the life pattern set for them by their mother Kim and grandmother Judy.

Judy, in addition to serving as grandmother to the Hartley family, also maintains close relationships with many women in our Willow Creek Church family. Judy is often seen around town with women from SALT (Seniors Approaching Life Together), enjoying a meal and good conversation.

Both of these women have a desire to humbly serve the Lord and teach the truths of God's word to our youngest members of Willow Creek Church. For many years, these 2 women have faithfully cared for the growth of our children's ministry. We are very thankful for the impact that both of these women have had on our church community. Personally, I am very honored to know these 2 women and watch them love other people well because they have been loved by their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Thank you Judy and Kim, so much, for your faithful service to Willow Creek Church and for loving our Lord, your children, and our church family so well!
