Morganne Gelinas

It is safe to say that Morganne Gelinas has been EVERYWHERE at Willow Creek Church since the restart of worship during the Covid pandemic! From serving in the nursery & pre-school ministries during Sunday worship, to working out clients in the church gym, to writing encouraging notes to our church members, to joining a small group headed up by Ellen Geer, Amy & Marty Phillips, Morganne has showed a great desire to serve her Lord and her church.

Morganne, along with her sister Zoe, and mother Debbie, have been involved at Willow Creek Church for a few years. Originally connected through the invitation of Nancy & Bonnie Pearson, the Gelinas family has settled into life at Willow Creek Church. Their early experiences here culminated in a painful trial, with Morganne's father Gary dying due to cancer. Morganne, who has battled and overcome cancer herself, has made it her mission to serve others, and it is extremely evident that she loves the Lord and people.

For a career, Morganne does a multitude of things including personal training, but her real passion is for individuals with special needs. Morganne has a creative side, having helped oversee snacks and crafts for our church's Vacation Bible School. And recently, she has developed a passion for jumping in and teaching our youngest church goers the truth of God's word through lessons, games, and activities.

We are so thankful for Morganne, Zoe, Debbie, and the Gelinas family, and pray that they continue to know that they are dearly loved. Thank you Morganne, from your Willow Creek Church family!
