Member Highlight: Gayle Rossmeissl
Gayle Rossmeissl (pictured with her daughter Taylore) is an absolute gem of a human being. Encouraging, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand, Gayle has thrived for many years in a variety of ministries at Willow Creek Church. Even during the time of this Covid-19 quarantine, Gayle has reached out to serve in various ways.
I first met Gayle when serving as the children's director, Gayle and her daugther Taylore were serving in our pre-school ministry. We quickly recognized that Gayle had a passion for some of our youngest church attendees, and Gayle served and continues to serve as a valuable Kindergarten/1st grade leader in our Children's Worship gathering time. Gayle always asks good questions and keeps the conversation going so children can grow and learn about our Lord.
Gayle also serves invaluably on our Greeting Team. Almost everyone that goes through our membership class mentions having met Gayle, the nice lady with all of the bracelets. Gayle goes out of her way to smile, say hello, and make every person that enters the doors of Willow Creek Church feel welcome.
Finally, Gayle desires to grow in her relationship with Jesus and others in the church. Gayle actively organizes dinners and social gatherings for several individuals in the church, she attends Trevor & Betsy Huth's small group, and regularly participates in Bible studies during Wednesdays@Willow. Overall, I've seen Gayle grow spiritually as well as in knowledge and understanding of who God is and who she is.
Gayle, we are so proud of you and your life. You are a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, and friend. God bless you and know that you are dearly loved!
