UPDATE (July 8, 2020): Given a recent increase in infection rates throughout Seminole County, we made the difficult decision to again suspend all in-person worship and ministry gatherings until Sunday, July 26. Until then or beyond, please join us for worship on Sunday mornings via Facebook Live (10:00 am), our YouTube channel, this website, and our free ministry app (Google Play or App Store).

We now require masks or other facial coverings while on Willow Creek facilities and grounds.

WCC Children's Ministry Spotlight: Billy & Sharon Tison

Billy & Sharon Tison are not natives of Orlando, Florida. From the moment you listen to either of them speak, you know by the southern twang in their voices that they "aren't from around these parts." However, they have quickly found their home at Willow Creek Church and have been adopted with love into our church family.

Billy brought his family to Orlando 3 years ago to study at Reformed Theological Seminary. While at WCC, he has served our church family in various roles including usher, security, and children's ministry. He and Sharon have been a part of our pre-k teaching team at Wednesdays@ Willow for 2 semesters, and Billy has served at Vacation Bible School for 3 consecutive summers.

Sharon, in addition to serving our kids at WCC and participating in various Women's Ministry activities, serves as a nurse by profession and loves and serves all kinds of people. She has raised several children and grandchildren over the years including currently raising Jacob Howard.

We are sad to be losing the Tison family shortly, as this Spring they move on to Brevard County to pursue an opportunity at Patrick Air Force Base with Ministry to the Military International. Billy has faithfully served our country in the United States armed forces for 28 years. He will minister current and former military men and women.

We are so thankful for Billy & Sharon Tison and the impact they have had at Willow Creek Church, particularly in regards to working with our children. The Tison's have a passion for their Savior, Jesus Christ, and desire to love our kids just as Jesus loves them. They have done a great job and we are so proud to have them on our children's ministry team at WCC. Thank you for your faithful service!
