Kingdom, Covenants and Canon of the Old Testament

Every Wednesday until April 7, 2021

6:30pm – 7:45pm

Category: Bible Studies Adult Ministries | Coordinator: Drew Taylor
This brand new "Study at Home" series from Thirdmill is one of my favorite topics.  If the Old Testament has ever puzzled you, confused you or piqued your curiosity, you will love this!  The title is "Kingdom, Covenants and Canon of the Old Testament."  And in eight lessons, we will consider the following:
  • Is the Old Testament still relevant?  If so, why?
  • Who were the ancient people who wrote it?
  • Who was it written to?
  • What did it mean to them?
  • Considering that they lived 1,000s of years ago and so far away...
    • How were they different?
    • How were they the same?
  • What was God's plan for them?
  • How does that plan apply to us?
  • What does it have to do with Jesus?
  • How did Jesus and Paul use the Old Testament?
