Body and Soul Fitness Class

Every Tuesday until December 7, 2021

5:40pm – 6:50pm

Led by Marcia Southard, workouts will focus on toning and strengthening muscles (including cardio for the heart) and stretching. Modifications will be shown for all exercises so that YOU do what is best for YOU. Allow Body & Soul to help you reach your FAITH and FITNESS goals while having FUN and FELLOWSHIP!

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays starting Aug 24, 5:40-6:50 pm (includes ten minutes of sharing and prayer). Please show up by 5:30 pm, if possible, so we can welcome you and orient you to the class.

Where: The Creek - second floor of Chapel building. Enter through door #500 to the left of the WC Preschool entrance.

Bring: Water bottle, small towel, hand weights (optional), and mat/towel (if you plan to do floor exercises).
