What are Sundays like at Willow Creek?

We gather for in-person worship at both 9:00 am and 11:00 am. We offer online worship at 10:00 am. You can join us for online worship on Facebook Live, our YouTube channel, our free ministry app (available on Google Play or the App Store), or the message page of this site.

Our in-person worship gatherings involve 75-minutes of music, lively and practical verse-by-verse Bible teaching, and other elements that will encourage you in the love and grace of God.

If you plan to join us for in-person worship, please keep these guidelines in mind. We seek your compliance with all county and state guidelines. Among these:
  • Vulnerable individuals should continue to shelter-in-place and worship with us online, not in-person.
  • If you or a member of your family are displaying any health-related symptoms, please stay home and join us for online worship instead.
  • We strongly encourage all worshippers to wear masks while on church grounds before, during, and after worship.
  • We require a minimum of 6-feet social distancing while on church grounds before, during, and after worship.
  • Please do not fellowship before or after worship inside the church building. Instead, we encourage you to fellowship outside according to county and state social distancing guidelines.
  • In addition to suspending our use of offering plates and worship bulletins, the Crossroads Cafe remains closed. We also ask you to follow the seating guidance of our ushers.

If you are uncomfortable with these guidelines or are part of a vulnerable group, we encourage you to stay home and worship with us online until you can comfortably and safely join us in-person.

What should I wear?

At Willow Creek, you'll find people dressed casually, formally, and everywhere in between. Come as you are.

Do I need to bring a Bible?

We encourage all worshippers to bring a Bible. If you do not yet have one of your own, please install our free ministry app (available on Google Play or the App Store). It includes the Bible. However, we also project relevant Bible passages during worship.

What version of the Bible do you use?

We typically use the English Standard Version (ESV) during worship.

May I bring coffee into the worship service?

Yes. However, since we do not have cup holders, please use a lid and exercise caution.

Do you have a nursery for my young children?

We provide a safe, clean, and happy nursery environment with trained staff for your children (infants though 2 years). Our nursery is located adjacent to our Worship Center, and is available for all worship services and many other church-wide activities as advertised.

What do you offer for children on Sunday morning?

We offer a special teaching time for children (K–5th Grade) during both of our worship services, with children dismissed right before the sermon. We also offer a Pre-Kindergarten class for children ages 3-5. Children may be picked by a parent or a guardian immediately after worship.

Do you have a "quiet room?"

Yes! We offer a quiet room at the rear of our Worship Center (10:45 am).

Do you offer American Sign Language interpretation?

We offer American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation at our Chapel Service (9:00 am).
