VBS Volunteer Guidelines- 2025

In order to ensure the safety and adhearance to the policies and procedures of the Children's Ministry of Willow Creek Church, the following requirements must be met in order to be considered to volunteer during our VBS week:

Youth Volunteers (under the age of 18 years old):

1. Member or regular attender (6 months +) at Willow Creek Church

2. OR VBS Alumni 

3. Must attend mandatory volunteer meeting June 22nd, 11:30-1pm. NO EXCEPTIONS

4. Entering 6th grade and up for the 2025-26 school year

Adult Volunteers (18 years and older): 

1. Member or regular attender (6 months +) at Willow Creek Church OR VBS Alumni

2. Must submit to and pass a background check

3. Must attend mandatory volunteer meeting June 22nd, 11:30-1pm. 

Volunteer Registration will open on March 30th.
