How do we SERVE?

ALF Ministry – Volunteers bring Sunday morning services each week to local Assisted Living Facilities .
Café Team – Volunteers arrange for snacks and coffee to serve each Sunday morning before and after the service.
Greeters– Volunteers welcome folks to WCC every Sunday morning.
Grief Share – Volunteers lead a Wednesday evening class for those dealing with loss and grief.
Physical Needs and Facilities – Volunteers assist those who need advice for repairs, simple handy work and care for the church facilities.
One Time Meal Delivery – Volunteers provide an evening’s meal for the sick, newly released from the hospital, dealing with a loss or new baby.
Meal Preparation – Volunteers prepare dozens of freshly made meals for Meal Delivery and also meals for special ministry events.
Moving Teams – Volunteers assist those who need assistance with packing and moving.
Encouraging Notes – Team of volunteers sends notes of support and encouragement.
Prayer Team – Volunteers pray for the week’s Prayer Requests and the church service every Sunday morning.
Pantry – Volunteers help the front office staff keep the church’s supply pantry stocked and inventoried.
SALT – Wednesday morning gathering and care community for Seniors Actively Living Together in love and support for one another.
Transportation Team – Volunteers provide rides for medical visits, airport drop off and church events.
Visitation Team – Volunteers visit those in the hospital, shut ins and those in ALF’s that desire a brief visit and time of prayer.
Mercy Response Team – Volunteers provide long term care and encouragement for more difficult issues.
New Moms– Volunteers prepare a little present for new mothers
Hospitality– Help with wedding, funerals and other ministry gatherings.
